Stanley Fisher founded HSBA, Inc., with the goal of providing superior third party benefit and specialized program administration to Bay Area trust funds. Since then, the company has acquired a reputable client list and a stellar reputation for delivering quality innovative service. Prior to founding HSBA, he spent 10 years in the aerospace industry and two years as a technical administrator for the dean of the Medical School at the University of California, Irvine. He holds a BS in Bacteriology from Colorado State University, with graduate work in Biophysics and Business Administration. He served as a member of the Administrators Committee, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).  Michael Taime

Michael Taime is responsible for the management of HSBAs on-site mobile health check-up program overseeing more than 8,000 exams each year. In addition, he manages all information and data exchange projects for HSBA. Prior to joining HSBA, he served as a project manager and compliance officer for a $5 million EEOC program in the food processing industry. In 1988, Taime developed an on-site drug testing program for seasonal employees of the cannery industry. The tremendous success of the program led to the creation of Preferred Alliance, Inc., a subsidiary company to HSBA, which manages drug and alcohol testing programs for employers and consortium groups. Michael Taime serves as President of Preferred Alliance and is a member of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA). |

David Haumesser is responsible for Benefit Administration Management for HSBA. Mr. Haumesser has substantial expertise with over 16 years of experience in Benefit Administration and ten years in the financial industry as a senior auditor and partner with DeLoitte & Touche, LLP (formerly Touche Ross & Co.). Mr. Haumesser joined Health Services Foundation in 1986. He is a graduate of Williams College in 1969, with a BS degree and he received his C.P.A while attending Golden Gate University.

Ms. Rampone is responsible for corporate administration which includes human relations, organizational development, support services and financial management of HSBA Inc., Preferred Alliance, Inc., and GHS, LLC. Ms. Rampone joined the company in 1976. Ms. Rampone is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and has continued her education by attending business seminars and workshops in related subjects. |

 Mary Callahan

Ms. Callahan is responsible for claims administrationfor the clients of HSBA. Prior to joining HSBA in 1986, she worked as a claims manager at Equitable Life Assurance Society, where she was responsible for more than 100 corporate health and welfare plans covering over 80,000 insured and eligible dependents. Ms. Callahan received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and has continued her education through her attendance at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. |

Mr. Hollnagel is the contract administrator for the Health Check-up Program overseeing field operations and logistics coordination for more than 5,000 annual check-ups. He is also responsible for the general management of Preferred Alliance, Inc., an administrator of the compliance drug testing programs. Mr. Hollnagel obtained his undergraduate degree of California State University, Fresno. | |
